Winterman Extreme Triathlon coming soon...

I am ending the 2024 season with the Winterman Extreme Triathlon. This race has been on my racing bucket list for many years and this season I had the opportunity to race this legendary race.

9 km swimming in the dark morning Elbe. 180 km by bike with an elevation gain of over 3,300 m and the final marathon (43 km), which ends at the iconic peak of Mount Ještěd itself. The natural conditions of October autumn make Winterman a completely unforgettable sports experience. This experience is enhanced by the fact that each competitor must complete the race with the help of their support. It is thus a defacto team approach to these extremely demanding distances.
